This is a great USB hub if you're running out of ports on your desktop or laptop. I use it on my desktop and put it next to my monitor for convenience. One of the ports is powered, so it's great if you need something that requires extra power. The price isn't bad either, considering it's USB 3.0 with 7 ports. Overall it's great and I would definitely recommend it!

Works great with USB 3 hard drives (and non-storage devices), but when I plug in a USB 2 hard drive, flash drive, or SD card reader, it will the device recognized it for a few seconds, then randomly disconnect and reconnect. I tried the solution in the April 30, 2019 review and it seems to have reduced the number of random disconnects, but not completely. You should find another way to connect your old storage devices. Been using it for a few days. It works perfectly. And it has a built-in USB fast charging port. This allows me to charge my phone fast enough to beat the power consumption of a PUBG mobile phone on my desktop. Also, it's a great addition to your laptop or desktop computer when a USB port is missing or the USB ports are difficult to access.

This is a pretty good product. It works in unison with my PC. The only issue that's probably unavoidable is what it takes to get full performance. This requires an external power supply and a connection to a PC. With mains operation (120 VAC), use is restricted.
