Tube Wax Lubricant is good for lube

I've searched everywhere for this product. I use it for kitchen cabinet door hinges, in fact I use it for all hinges around the house and shop. Oil is not a good lubricant for hinges and locks as it attracts too much dust and dirt. This waxy lubricant lasts longer, protects surfaces and requires less effort because it lasts so long. Recommended for all cabinet hinges.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Not sure

For cutting metal.

We used this brand for cutting ferrous and non-ferrous metals for many years before CRL bought Sommer and Maca. It is very good for cutting aluminium, for which it was originally made, but also excellent for lubricating screws. Just start the saw, put the hose over the teeth to cover them a bit, and you're good to go. Do the same with hacksaw blades, saber saw blades, etc.

Pros
  • Convenient Item
Cons
  • Upgradeable

I love this stuff on Lubricants

I love this stuff. I use it on a hole saw punch. The hose remains largely clean and oil-free. I just place the wax stick on the crown as it rotates. I usually use faucet or wd-40 to lubricate the bits but this makes a mess and the pipe to be welded gets sprayed with oil all over and inside which is not a good idea. This is cleaned with a paper towel. I love it, I absolutely love it.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • There are some nuances
