I write the date and mileage on the page with a marker to keep track of how long it took and roll my eyes when the mechanic says he doesn't have a record of the replacement and they only have one on hand for $30 . Man, he's got 3,000 miles and I can eat off of him.

So much to say about a product that you will see twice (install and remove). This filter is perfect for 2006-2009 Fusion/Milan/MKZ airbox and can also fit other models. Update (January 2017) This review should have been found before buying any other filter. It's only been 7 months which is probably 12,000 miles but I've still changed the spark plugs and cabin air filter for a 100,000 mile scheduled service and have forgotten when I last changed that one so I got another one for <$6 bought.
