They turned out to be much better quality than I expected for custom cabinet lighting. Very good quality switches with a smooth mechanical plunger stroke. Good product.

Easy to install and will take a beating. I have a 3 year old and a 1 year old and they both keep slamming doors in their kitchen. These switches have problems and always work properly.

I added an LED strip to my closet so I can see my clothes in the dark and I needed a way to automatically turn the light on when opened and turn off the door. This switch works like a charm at a great price.

If you're installing this you should probably already know how to wire DC devices like LED strips and such. I used these to make automatic lights in our linen closet and they work great. There are few instructions, but it's easy to understand if you already know how to do it.

Needed a switch to turn on the light in the closet - I just cut the wire (on the low voltage side) and put the switch in place, the only tricky part (which wasn't a product defect) was the Adjust the trigger position on the door so that it switches off reliably when the door is closed. I only needed one, but if I ever want to upgrade another cabinet I already have a few switches. Good value for money.
