Too fragile for workshop use. Perhaps it could be used for drawing and kept safe in a desk drawer, but even with a slight bump in the store the tip will break.

Very impressed with the quality of this pencil! Much better than I expected. Line feed at the push of a button works and feels precise and controlled. The lead is sized to be used for general marking on wood, but can be sharpened for fine, precise marking. I love that they include an extra lead, eraser and sharpener instead of having to order them separately.

Bought one of these pencils from Rockler. I love the pencil, I love everything about it. Just DON'T drop it and hit the deck. The tips break off and that's complete rubbish! The Rockler Store has no problem, I replace it and give a new one. But it's 110 miles round trip. So I ordered two more though Revain. The second simply hit the deck and broke off the tip. Two down and one to the left. Don't buy it, it's junk!
