Not sure if we're installing the lock wrong or just designed by the product but we've already had 3 of these in less than a week with the same issue run through . We installed it in our freezer drawer. It appears that if the door is pulled far enough with the latch in place, the strap elongates and stretches to the point of becoming unusable for its intended purpose. It cannot be reconfigured, so it ends up in the trash. We won't even try to place our 4th (last). It might work better for other…

The product itself did not work for what I bought it for. I bought these to cover toilet lids because our little one keeps flushing things down the toilet. The glue didn't stick to the bowl itself. Joel Baby emailed me about my satisfaction with the product and I explained it to them. They were very helpful and eventually gave me my money back as they didn't have a replacement. Excellent customer service and although the product didn't suit me I will definitely be buying from the company again.

Pros: They get the job done and are easy to set up. We've only had them a week, but they've held up well in spots we still use frequently. handed over, especially in a hurry. Having used them, I prefer cam locks.
