VGA Adapter for Desktop Laptop 🔌 PC Windows 7/8/10, USB 3.0/2.0 Multi-Display Video Converter Review

I bought this to connect my laptop to a monitor so I can have a bigger screen for my online school. Since my laptop didn't have a CD drive, I emailed the company to help me complete the setup process. Customer service was extremely helpful and answered both of my emails in less than an hour. The product works great too! Setup is very easy.

This little dongle works great and the customer service is excellent. I didn't expect a driver to be installed. It comes with a CD and a note that you can email the seller for a link to the driver. I sent an email and they were nice and helpful. It took a few minutes for Windows to work properly with the monitor, but that's because I'm not very familiar with these settings.

I let the first work for a day and then left. I emailed the company and received an immediate response. After a short troubleshooting, a second one was sent because the first one was defective. The second installed and works great! No matter what you buy, if you have problems and there is no support, you can get it! These people are amazing! Thank you for your support.

Update 12/20/2016: Communication with Cable Matters revealed that it was a batch of poorly manufactured cables that they received. Cable Matters was immediately contacted with an offer to replace the defective cable with one from a different batch which they confirmed was compliant. Excellent purchase. I can connect a third VGA monitor to my laptop. Windows 7 allows me to extend my laptop screen to three monitors. I can work from home effectively during the pandemic by working from home. I can use both the big screen to work and the second screen to manage my work. Installation with the driver CD is easy. I really like that I don't have to bend over my laptop screen when viewing the screen in online meetings!
