Not sure what went right and where did everything go terribly?

The most useful features are scheduling, booking system (both for in-house events or conferences), reporting of all information about attendees/users to clients as well their online registration process which makes it easier than ever before! I have nothing good at this moment because my experience with them has been quite bad so far - they do not respond quickly enough when you need help solving issues regarding your account; sometimes changes made by support team don't get applied immediately

Pros
  • Customer service is also excellent once issue gets resolved :)
Cons
  • Very high cost comparing against competitors such eventBrite,
  • No automated data recovery feature.
  • Not able yet implement
