This glass foot file is very good. It looks smooth and is easy for me to hold. It's even a bit rougher than other similar files. I think that's a good thing because it allows you to work on the soles of your feet even faster. Removes dead skin really easily and quickly. This scrubber/sander is unlike any other I have used. I have cheese graters that usually have blue handles and a white grinding surface that looks like about 20 grit sandpaper, and a few that look like they have about 100 grit sandpaper inserts. It works great and can be used both wet and dry. You simply hold it under running water to rinse and the pen feels good in my hand. This is an excellent glass foot file that can be used wet or dry. I find this type of file handy for using in the shower more or less once a week (just be careful not to drop it!), so I keep one in my bath tub in the bathroom with my other essentials .
