I really like these water bottles. I believe they help me drink more water. One thing to note: you have to bite off a plastic straw to get water in your mouth.

I like the Eddy Camelbak water bottle but I don't like it. The mouthpiece is more difficult to use and falls off easily. There aren't many substitutes. I think I'll go back to traditional camel cow fish water bottles in the future.
