Auto electronics won't turn on

When the tailgate was installed by a professional, the installer was unable to turn on the camera. Tried 2 different head units. Return it as soon as possible.

I wasn't happy with the wiring harness connected to the camera which meant I had to remove the existing wiring harness and add a new one. So I decided to go with OEM parts.
