Failed Expectations - Useless Upgrade

After trying this product, I can confidently say it was a complete waste of money. The pushrods were inconsistent in length and made my engine sound worse than before. The only positive was the easy installation, but that doesn't outweigh the negative impact on my engine's performance. Save your money and steer clear of this product.

Pros
  • Durable and long-lasting
Cons
  • Require professional installation and may require additional modifications to the engine

Must have for roll camera.

Mandatory item for steel roller cam, almost missed needing it and worn out the fuel pump eccentric with the stock push rod.

Pros
  • Tappet
Cons
  • Vulgarity

As shown in the picture - Engines and Engine Parts

Not much to say here. This is a bronze tipped fuel tappet from COMP. I bought it from Revain because I had same day shipping in my area and it was cheaper than buying it from Summit. This is the pusher you want to use in your SBC when using the High Displacement Pump. This is the correct length and I believe mine was marked with the length. Make sure you attach the bronze top to the lobe of the cam and not the pump arm.

Pros
  • Steel Rod with Steel Tip
Cons
  • Zero
