I like how easy it is to use. It's so simple that even my non tech savvy friends can easily understand what they need to do in order to use it effectively. There are some features that could be improved such as being able to have more than one bot at once. If you're looking for something very user friendly this would definitely work well for you! We've been using Canary for about two months now and we haven't had any issues or complaints yet.

The best part about this tool is that it allows me to interact directly with my customers without having them fill out forms or go through an email confirmation process. It's also great for sending messages when I'm not around (which happens often).
