The best part about this tool is that it allows me to interact directly with my customers without having them fill out forms or go through an email confirmation process. It's also great for sending messages when I'm not around (which happens often). Sometimes there are errors in which case they don't send notifications until later but other than those small glitches everything has been working perfectly well! We're using canary bot as our primary way of communicating between ourselves and clients/customers. Before we had used slack bots etc., now everyone communicates via direct messaging instead.
