I put it in the microwave to heat it up according to the instructions and the lid caught fire. This is a dangerous and dangerous item. I was looking forward to using it, but when it caught fire I became very concerned.

It was so heavy on the head but I didn't want linen I think they somehow sent it instead. And it didn't stay warm for long and I did it on my mom's head who said it's tough and the heat doesn't stay warm all the time either. It's a good product and all, but not for us.

The heat didn't spread all over the lid and I had to microwave it twice in 30 minutes because it cooled down pretty quickly. Really disappointed with it.

Really Good Heating Cap. It works, although I've had to reheat it in the microwave a couple of times. One thing to note is that I had to shake the filling to evenly distribute it on the lid. When I first used it all the filling settled to the bottom of the lid leaving the top half empty when filled warm. Otherwise I love the cap.

Keeps you warm for a short time. Some areas will get hotter than others. You need to position the ends of your hair at the crown to get a feel for the warmth of the hat. The cap is heavy. I would not buy or recommend.

It's nice but doesn't keep as warm as advertised. I usually have to warm it up after 10 minutes. Make sure your hair is on the edge of the cap (and not on top like under a hair dryer). Not a bad buy, but I would like to use something more effective for African American natural hair. My hair is warm when I pull it out but that's after 2 separate heat sessions and for 90 seconds instead of the recommended time.
