Excellent image quality

The image on the right is from Canon ivy and the image on the left is from HP Sprocket. As you can see, the Canon Ivy's image and color quality is excellent. I edited the brightness of the image minimally as I wanted to compare the image quality as accurately as possible. I am happy with the printer so far and it is exactly what I need for my 2x3 bullet journaling prints.

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • Out of fashion

This thing is giving me life right now

Oh my god. It is great. I got this because I wanted to quickly add photos to my travel journal. The fact that the images were already on self-adhesive paper and didn't require ink refills made this a good idea for me. I already bought Instax but the print quality was TERRIBLE so I took it back. This little printer works much better. The images are clear and bright. Since I'm not traveling right now, I decided to make some cute stickers for my nieces. Then I started doing things for myself. Now…

Pros
  • Printed 2"x3" photos with peel and stick backing
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Get your prints easily in 1 hour

This is a big disappointment. Print quality is mediocre at best, most colors print poorly, and contrast tones are almost non-existent. Most blues (except royal) look black or white depending on the hue, and red looks like you've toned it down the saturation scale. It takes a good quality photo and turns it into a poorly lit driver's license photo. Not to mention there are no instructions, so the phone must have a QR code reader to even take you to a website to download the app (which doesn't…

Pros
  • Super portable
Cons
  • There are more interesting options.

Canon Ivy VS HP Sprocket

TLDRIvy or Sprocket: down to personal preference. . . Everything from the instructions to the ease of use to the Android app is nearly identical. Canon Ivy portraits look better (less sharp is better here), but prints lose detail in dark areas. HP Sprocket prints are slightly higher resolution, better tonal gradation, but slightly sepia. See photos. CONCLUSION They're fun, easy to set up and use, and produce prints that any 'normal' person would find perfectly acceptable, if not amazing. ZINK…

Pros
  • Bluetooth & Social Media Printing
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options
