I can't connect to Wi-Fi on my imac or ipad. spinning wheels forever, never locked. I returned it three hours later. App doesn't work. No time for this crap. Someone threw a ball at it for Mac.

Adorama sent an item that was opened by a previous customer. The device was broken and I wasted time, ink and paper trying to get it working. I have two other Canon printers (wide format) that are very good. It looks thin and cheaply made.

Hard to set up as there are two different settings. I couldn't copy that thing. It keeps saying I need to load the device with paper BUT it is loaded with paper. I have been using Canon printers for 20 hours now and have always been satisfied. But this is an inferior device that perhaps shouldn't be on the shelf.

Although the product description states that this printer can print, copy and scan, this is only partially true. Scanning is possible, but only externally and not through the printer itself.
