I find it quite appalling that the vendor/seller does not provide clear and correct instructions on how to install the USB drivers for the touch portion of this display! I hope someone wakes up and realizes that their sales are being hurt by this crap. I DO NOT recommend this product and it was a huge waste of time and money.

Unpacked, installed Raspbian drivers via terminal. A NOTICE! There is a typo in the manual: the terminal says: sudo ./DRIVER NAME, but it should be sudo ./DRIVER NAME without the space after ./. Otherwise, you will get the error message "Command not found". At least that's how it worked for me. The screen is very responsive and bright enough.

Very buggy and annoying. didn't work very well at first, and then the touchscreen functions stopped working. Turns off periodically and generally stops working 4 months after purchase

I was 99% sure it was a defect as all I could see was vertical lines on a white background. Installing drivers didn't fix it. I had to take the source and install it that way. now it seems to work. Here is the section on the wiki: [.] I changed my 4 stars to 2 because this screen is really a POS. It cannot move or be held, or it is not working. Apparently it's the wrong HDMI port connection that I need to ask to solder. Many Thanks.

Based on the reviews I assumed I could use this screen with any component that has an HDMI output. Apparently this is not the case? That or the fact that my screen came up with 300 vertical lines up and down and just doesn't work for what I need. Not required for PI, required for a field monitor project and not quite sure if it works for testing (vertical lines) or just can't do what I need.

Works great with RPi. Did what I needed. I've since found a way to work with the RPi without it, but it worked when I needed it. Very clear picture!

The screen came with a DVD which had to contain pictures in order for it to work. Each zip file will not decompress and yes I have tried 3 different types of decompression utilities on both Windows and Linux based systems. The screen works after setting up the boot file, but the touchscreen needs drivers. The seller must provide a link to download the necessary images and drivers.
