Size large, a bit tight

I first ordered the small size for my 16 year old daughter. She weighs 95 pounds and is 5 feet tall. They were MUCH small. I had to send back the small size and received the large size. She tried them on and they will work, but they feel a bit tight at the top of the foot. Although the gums feel good around the healing. I don't know if XL fits better.

Great, but wear out quickly.

They are small and slim. But luckily I was able to order multiple sizes and return the wrong size. They are essential for my daughter's dance class, which is why we order them often because they wear out completely after about 20 hours of use. If you can choose what to wear, there are midsoles made from high-tech fabrics that adapt better to your foot and last longer.

size gone! It takes VERY little time! Good lathes

Good lathes but the size is too big. My daughter usually wears a size 7 in regular shoes. We ordered a medium size for a size 8-9 because I read other reviews that they run small. God, they weren't even joking. They are still very close to her! We try to decide whether to leave them, hoping that they will grow weaker or grow. I think we will send them back for a larger size. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Sits very tight/small. Order in advance!

I love these shoes for the lyrical/modern style. However, we had to increase the size for comfort. My dancer wears size 7-7.5 street shoes (ladies) and ended up changing them 1-2 sizes up from the recommended size. The toe box doesn't seem to get much bigger as you go up, it's mainly a band around the ball of the foot that makes it uncomfortable. Even the larger size is quite tight and will leave marks after use, so be careful.

Women's pirouette shoes

They work great and meet all expectations. They arrived in excellent condition and quickly. My daughter says they are comfortable and easy for her to put on. We're a size small and she comfortably wears a women's size 5 (depending on the brand). Be sure to order one size larger for small children. The size chart below is from another website to help determine sizing. 10.00

Sizes do not match Athletic

These are good dance shoes but the sizing doesn't match true to size. I wear a 6.5 so I ordered a size small to 7.5. It was too little. A few minutes after wearing it my leg actually started tingling, it was so tight. I ordered the next size up and it fits much better but size 6.5 needs something for size 9 as advertised? The measurements are obviously wrong. At this point the binding is still a bit uncomfortable to wear around the foot but I hope it will get better as they break in. It's not…

  • I don't really like anything everything is fine

Great fit. Looks high quality!

I've never had Twylas, but I needed brown shoes for a solo performance, so I was able to order them instead of investing in expensive jazz shoes. I've always seen other classmates use them in the studio, but I've never tried them myself. So, as far as comparing it to normal jazz shoes, I won't talk about it until I can try them. Seems to be great quality overall. Good durable canvas with suede bottom. My shoes are size 8 and I ordered medium. They are pretty tight and a little tight but I'm…

The size is strange but the quality is good.

I always think it's so hard to buy Capezio shoes because they're an odd size. searched and couldn't find anything in child sizes). My daughter wears a size 13 in children's street shoes. I went back to the fourth between small and very small but went with the small ones hoping they wouldn't be too big. This is a tie. I think the extra small ones would be good for her because the little ones just dangle a bit on the sides, but I know if I ordered the extra small ones she would outgrow them…

Pros
  • Everything is fine!

  • I won't say anything
