I am not one to leave reviews or complain. However, this pill completely ruined my day. I take this pill for the second day and it feels like I got a bullet in the stomach and I have a high pain tolerance. I've read reviews that it's getting worse. I haven't decided yet if I'm going to take this pill again. Even if it kills me now.

I only took it once yesterday. I do find my stomach a bit sensitive, but about 10 minutes before I took an acid-regulating pill and a spoonful of Greek yogurt (also eaten not long ago). This will likely cause a lot of bloating/indigestion at first, but that's because red pepper is so potent.
