🔥 Cardone 84-1635 High Energy Ignition (HEI) Electronic Distributor and Module Review

The second time I removed and installed the distributor cover one side of the plate was torn off, I just tightened it with a screwdriver. Contacted the company and said Revain would get in touch with me. That was about two months ago. Still nothing but the zip ties holding my hat.

Firstly I don't usually leave reviews but it would just be wrong not to leave a review because this is a sweet dealer. I opened the box and wow! how well done Cardone. I could see how much they invested in the distributor, there are no cheap parts here. The distributor had brass fittings as well as a rotor knob. Was an exact replacement and looked exactly like my factory model. After reading the reviews I decided to go with Cardone and I'm glad I did as it's been working great so far. I noticed

The dealer fixed my problem. My 1994 GMC stalled unexpectedly on a hot day. I suspected an ignition module and when I removed the cap from my old distributor there were signs of moisture and rust on the rod inside. I suspect moisture got in through a vent in the bottom of the distributor housing. After checking the price, I found that replacing this manifold is cheaper than buying the parts individually.
