CareerJSM Review

CareerJSM is a unique and flexible Job Search Management (JSM) application intended for subscription by public and private employment service providers. It is the only standalone private all-in-one platform in the market for job seekers to manage the full cycle of a search and application process, starting with building a resume and cover letter, e-learning modules, a search engine connected to major external job and events boards, a networking search engine connected to major external event portals and a proprietary browser extension that enables users to compare job postings with their resume and/or pulling it into the CareerJSM job search CRM. For service providers, the portal provides customer staff (e.g: Career Advisors) access to advanced aggregate and per-user activity reporting to monitor and support user job search activity. In addition to white label branding, customers can also request the upload of custom multimedia content within the CareerJSM Learning Management System and an allocation of software development hours for custom modifications and enhancements. Typical customers include outplacement agencies, executive search firms and public sector service providers. Since the launch of the product in 2014, CareerJSM modules have been utilized by over 300 partners, and tens of thousands of employers and job seekers; working with not for profits, public sector and private HR agencies in Canada and five international partners.
