A 20 year search for the perfect work boot is over. My husband has tried every work boot imaginable. Wolverine, Red Wings, Die Hard. All of them, I can go on and on. The last thing he had were Georgia boots (they were terrible). Eventually I bought him a Carhartt. to Father's Day. I stand/walk on cement for 8 hours every day and these boots do me great. I've only worn them for a few days so I can't speak to long term use but I have no reason to think these boots won't last. I also smeared them with Hubert's Shoe Grease to polish the leather. The really nice thing about these boots is that they are very quiet, don't squeak when you walk and don't have the muffled sound of some boots.
