Keeps food in an insulated food pan carrier cold up to 8 hours (when frozen for 8 hours). Designed for use with standard sized end and top loading food pan carriers including Carlisle XT3000R, PC300N, PC600N and PC180N. Ideal for off-site catering and outdoor events. Eliminates need for powered refrigeration. Keeps foods at or below SERVSAFE guidelines for up to 8 hours.

You are tall! about storage and transportation

Perfect. However, not ideal for a typical freezer. We need to put our full freezer inside. Luckily we have it. Keeps everything cold longer than expected!

It works very well, the only thing if you need.

Works very well, only when opening and closing the door does heat enter and the CaterCooler starts to sweat and drops of water fall on the rest of the food. as it is designed to come from above. I would recommend placing it at the very bottom.

Works perfectly. Keeps you cold for HOURS!

this thing is AMAZING! Freeze overnight, then transfer to a food container. Keeps everything cold for HOURS! Like your own fridge. Used it in hot weather with no problems. I kept my fried apple pies in perfect condition so I could make them right on the spot. LOVE this ice pack!

FAST FAST FAST SHIPPING! How could I live without her for so long?

For a small nonprofit organization that serves meals. We only had one and I thought we really needed 3 more! Good price and excellent quality. Delivery was FAST too! So far we are all happy with the coolers. If time is of the essence, ask them to help you stay in line.

Seems to be underfilled with freezing medium

Product works well and will withstand already cold food for several (5) hours on an 80 degree day. Mine seemed very light with a noticeable mass of about 1/3 the size of the device that slides back and forth when shaken. Despite the expansion, the product appears to have been underfilled with coolant. This could explain the short retention time.
