Easy assembly, identical to the previous device. A couple of notes though. There was considerable resistance to rotation, first noticed when I rotated the rotor shaft and still noticeable when I installed the fan blade. You could tell he was tense, maybe a little more. My unit had a bulged run/run capacitor, but to clear up the source of the confusion, the item's description says there is a capacitor in the kit, which is not the case. Great replacement part. Fits on my carrier block just like the OEM part. It takes about 45-60 minutes to disassemble the fan/motor assembly and disconnect the cables and then reassemble. Just make sure you take photos of the wiring to the relay and capacitor before you start. Speaking of which, it probably makes sense to replace the capacitor while you're at it.
