The Case Knives Bolsters Cabernet Stockman set is a must-have for any home and kitchen .The craftsmanship and materials used are superb. The attention paid to the reverse dial (knob) finish is disappointing. While the "mark" or shield side is great, the back (stack) looks like someone went a little nuts with the puffer and removed most of the jigging. It's just an aesthetic issue and I'm not sure I'll be returning it for a refund. Case should have ranked this as "second". Your quality control slips away. See photos.
