I can buy the whole watch for just over $15 and this bracelet is over $10?!? I understand that they want to make money. Why not just buy a new watch every time a strap breaks? It's so wasteful! A watch will last 10 years on the same battery, but a watch strap probably won't last 2 years if you handle it carefully! It's like printer ink! And it's the other way around!

This watch strap attaches easily with a tiny screwdriver and for me extends the life of the watch. I use the bands on this watch long before the 10 year battery runs out, so having extra bands helps me. Why buy another watch when all I need is a bracelet. I'm glad to have her in Revain! I have three hours, two for work and one when I'm not landscaping or gardening. I try to keep extra escapements on hand.

I have already ordered this watch strap and it has lasted 6-8 months. The problem is that the "buckle tab" on the buckle (it's plastic) breaks after about 6 or 8 months or less depending on usage. To solve this problem and make better use of the watch strap I took a small nail (pin) and bent it around the tongue bar and cut it to the length that fit the strap hole and lasted another 3 or 4 months. my watch strap before the strap finally failed.

The straps on this watch don't normally last more than a year and a half, but this replacement is TIME! After 6 weeks the threading loop broke (the strap was hanging and sticking out) and then after just 4 months the strap just ripped as I was putting it on. For a few euros more it is better to buy a new watch right away. Don't waste your money on this poor quality product! Watches are inexpensive, but they make money by selling replacement straps.

The bracelet is screwed into the watch case. It does not use a retraction pin that goes through the strap and attaches to the lugs on the frame. If you don't do this often, it can be frustrating for the watch owner to pull out the pin and force it into the hole in the pull tab where it is located. On the other hand, replacement bands usually come with new pins since the old ones are easily damaged. If you have a small Phillips head screwdriver, attaching my new strap should be easy. But…

In the past, when bands broke—which is inevitable—I would just go to Walmart and buy a new watch.
