I bought this watch for clinical use. It has military time and breaks minutes into 15-second increments. These are all great features that I need and will use. It's also waterproof, which is a plus. However, the dial is tiny, the length of the strap feels very short, and the strap itself is made out of cheap, thin plastic. This watch isn't worth $22.
