We'd been looking for a small unit such as this one and after using it at shows for three months it's shown to be exactly what we were looking for. It's fast and accurate with little to no errors, very easy to use I highly recommend purchasing one.

Smaller than I had anticipated, but still does the job with occasional "fail"s coming up, and worrying me. Overall, just needs a 2nd or 3rd scan when failed, and then it should pass. Used for personal use, not business requirements, but comes with a warning sticker of a cash scanner that you may put in your store, if necessary.

Easy to use. Only one time that we were not sure the outcome is true or fault. Most time we can trust it. Limited storage options for bills or documents.

Bought "used". Came in original box with all manuals. It's a no brainer anywhere you need to accept cash. A yes or no appears . Just make you have it aligned and facing proper way, it's quick and efficient and takes little time to use while accepting cash transactions. A must for any business.

Product would not power on straight out of the box. Customer service offered to replace the unit but you may be better off purchasing a different brand to avoid the hassle.

In our area there are a lot of crooks that try to use fake bills. We've been stuck before, several times, even using all kinds of other counterfeit detection methods.This machine is great and we have not had one fake bill since. It's very quick and doesn't interrupt the payment process. My customers don't mind us using it. This machine is great except when the bill has been folded or wrinkled. It then gives a false reading that he bill is fake.

Fast and accurate. Bill must be flat (no folded corners) and must be inserted the same way. Doesn not read older bills May require operator training for proper use and maintenance!

Bought approximately 2 weeks ago. Received 120 in fake bills in a one week window prior to buying. Decided to spend 130 on the machine that gives a clear pass/fail. So far it has been working very well. Not receiving very many false fails on 50's and 100's. It doesn't work well with heavily worn or wrinkled bills. I have set up a system with my cashiers to use to verify the larger bills. 3 fails in a row means handing the bill back to the customer and letting them know that the bill is suspect.

Worked great at our small store. However, 2 months later, when we insert a bill the paper feeder keeps running and the light will not go on. I will contact customer service and see if they will replace. I will update my review shortly to describe their customer service experience.

I bought this machine for my restaurant. I work with money if I’m not sure I use this machine to be sure. Confirm a bill’s authenticity very quick with a clear "Pass” or "Fail” indication. It’s so easy and simple.

Best investment for cash handlers. Some time it reads a bill wrong. If it’s real it can say it’s fake but pass it through again and it will pass.but it has never read a fake bill as a pass.But still accurate 99.9%.once people see you have this machine, chances are they will not even try passing counterfeit bill as payment in your place of business

I am amending my previous 1-Star review. Andy Jones, Cassida's new Technical Service Manager is GREAT! He looked at the open service ticket, where they wouldn't honor the warranty, and retroactively honored it. He personally brought me a new unit and took away the old unit. We used this to scan large bills in our restaurant. It worked fairly well, but only for a month and a half. It just stopped working entirely. Just spits bills right through without scanning now.
