There is a slight difference in wire placement that prevents the Ideal FT-45 from cutting the first and last wire. They may work well with other crimping tools, but they belong in my "last resort" drawer.

Read some negative reviews. They were irrelevant to my experience. Before that I used non-pass-through access. They are so much better that there is no comparison. They work perfectly for me and are of excellent quality.

Trying through plug for the first time. Do not use crimping pliers that cut off excess wire. I like them, I can control the order better than "plugged in" connectors. I just took a pair of sharp wire cutters and pulled the wires a little, then cut the wires straight and pulled them right back into the connector and crimped them. So far all connections have worked perfectly.

Life changes. I doubt they're anything special, but see-through design is the only way. Goodbye Fancy/Cross Terminators. have performed almost 50 operations with Kline Crimps and have never failed.

I'm a licensed electrician and do occasional network installations. Since I only do this a few times a year, I'm not very efficient with terminal connections. These connectors reduce the time it takes me to connect and my tests are always perfect. I would recommend them to anyone who isn't a full-time network installer, but you can use them too. Great product and smooth transaction.

I love these things. The ability to lay and move wires is amazing. Plus wire cutters cut wires flush. This makes the production of your own network cables so fast and almost reliable.

Made my first cable with these ends and they worked great! I understood one thing; If you pull the wires, cut them off and then pull them back into the case. Otherwise the wire ends will stick out unless you have very thin wire cutters to cut the wires flush with the case. However, they worked as described.

How many times have I terminated both ends of a line only to have the tester report that the line has been crossed? Now, thanks to the end-to-end design, I can absolutely verify the order of the wires before crimping. THANK YOU SO MUCH! The boot is installed PRIOR to crimping and its shank runs BELOW the RJ45 locking…
