A bit tricky to set up but worth it. Our 6 month old kitten loves it and got used to it in a day or two. (It is installed in our son's bedroom as he is her favorite person)

Fast delivery. Excellent quality. Couldn't believe how good the products are. Easy installation instructions and my cats adapt perfectly. Two took it straight away and it took one of my boys a few months but now he LOVES it. Thank you for doing such quality things for my boys!

I was pleasantly surprised to see how well built he is! At first I had to get my cats to climb with treats, now it's my senior cat's favorite perch! He weighs 14 pounds and he's holding it well! The brackets are positioned to match the studs! It took two of us due to its size, but it took us about 5 minutes in total! My kittens and I are very happy with this purchase! Update: My two cats have grown to love it over time. They love to sit there and look down on their kingdom!

I waited to see if the damn furry demons would use this before writing a review. Was a bit of a hassle to hang because of the wall I wanted. We ended up having to buy our own screws because the ones supplied were too short. The wall was slotted drywall and later cinder blocks, so drilling required longer screws and masonry. This item was a bit difficult to apply as the instructions on 3 separate cards weren't the best. Attaching brackets to furniture takes a lot of effort even when using a power tool as the pre-drilled holes don't go all the way through and even after using the dowels there are still some parts loose and you end up making a bunch of holes in your walls so you don't try the find the perfect place to install it.
