So far so good with adhesives, sealants and lubricants

Everything went without any problems. Then a bubble appeared a few hours later. I'm in the middle of the recommended 12-hour wait, but I guess we'll see.

Pros
  • The best in its niche
Cons
  • Some defects

Return to the drawing board.

Poor design. He was too transparent. Fit and grip were good. The problem is that the top edges don't stick to the wall. This causes the water to pool at the top and drain onto the bathroom floor instead of flowing smoothly into the tub.

Cons
  • Socket required

Complete and utter nonsense.

Complete and utter bullshit. I figured this would be an easy and quick way to caulk my bathtub. I ended up spending more time and money than if I had just bought a $5 tube of caulk and used a caulking gun. Save yourself the agony. It's a cheap plastic strip with some kind of slightly sticky substance. It doesn't hold well and the adhesive doesn't reach the edge of the strip meaning there is a small gap at the top for water to get in through making the whole thing completely unusable.

Cons
  • Without a gun
