When I finally installed this LED strip and turned it on, there was a lightless 16 inch gap near the center. Some time ago I wrote the seller a message asking if I at least deserved a replacement but never received a reply. I do not recommend this item.

We love these lights. We started by placing them to illuminate our outdoor patio under the gazebo. We put a timer on so they turn on at 6pm and turn off at 11pm. We then bought more to light up our 250 foot dock walkway! And now we have ordered more to give our garden a nice evening light.

So far so good! Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 - clips and screws are a joke. I ended up going to Lowes for better clamps and screws. Don't even try to use the ones that come with this product, the screws are cheap and you will find it very difficult to use them. I also took a dimmer and the light works great with it. I hope the lamps last a long time!

I love her!. they emit a warm creamy light rather than a bright, modern, sterile white. We have them on LED dimmers and all the way up we can easily sit outside and look under the porch. (Consider the brightness of the bistro lights you may have seen). way down they are relaxing but still bright enough to be useful. if you want to play cards or read. you will probably need more. Lowes has some and they are "white", they are off-white, like normal light.

Phenomenal results. Installation was easy, installation was excruciating because I wanted it. I ended up cutting off the end of the cable, hard-wiring and installing everything on a dimmer. Hope they stand the test of time! Glad I bought the long sections I needed instead of having a hitch every 20 feet. word to the wise. Buy more mounting clips. I used a clamp every 12 inches and also wherever I needed to make a bend. In addition, the product is of high quality and I definitely recommend it!

We replaced the filament lights in the vaulted ceiling with these and they put out an amazing amount of light. They have an incredible range and we can turn them on brightly when needed or dim them for mood lighting. I was a little worried about the flex and whether the 90 degree snap would be enough in turns, but it worked out great. My existing dimmer worked perfectly. Although it's a beautiful light that's matured with bright light I only gave it 2 stars for 2 reasons : it cannot be used like a rope wrapped around a post because there is light on one side only and the back is not illuminated. However, if you just want to align it to the wall, ceiling or whatever without rotating it, this might work for you.
