We installed these lights over a newly installed bar in our bedroom. I installed the crown mold 2 inches below the ceiling to accommodate these fixtures. To be clear, the lightbar on CBConcept's first order contained a dead zone, and CBConcept offered me a discount on the order, come back to order a replacement, or send a repair kit. I opted for a repair kit and unfortunately it didn't work as the kit included connectors intended for a wider width lightstrip (and in my attempts to use them resulted in me replacing a few other parts of the stripes killed). In the end, CBConcepts agreed to take this order and credited my credit card upon receipt. I took the plunge and ordered a second light strip from them. There were no dead spots (yes!), and I installed it over my molding fairly easily. The lighting is very consistent (no bright or dark spots) along the length of the strip, which helps the overall project look much better. Now that we have visitors, we lead them around the room and get lots of "oooh" and "aaah" - now everyone loves the shape and the lighting in this room! 5 stars for the good customer service from CBConcept and for the high quality of the product.
