Not boxed and supplied with one mop head only, although the picture and description clearly show 2 mop heads (ie 1 extra spare head). I only bought it online because it was worth the extra refill. Otherwise it would be easier to buy it at retail. What a pain to send everything back. Just send me the promised extra portion. Dissatisfied. And it looks like I'm not the only one.

I am very disappointed with this bucket/mop. The item arrived quickly and in good condition. But this mop is a joke, I'm 5'3 and this mop is for a child. It's sooooo short, you literally have to crouch down while wiping. It's ridiculously short. Don't waste your money. I am so upset with myself that I opened this product without realizing how short the mop is. Unfortunately I realized this after filling the bucket with water and getting the mop wet!

At first we were very excited about this O-Cedar Rotary Mop but were after the 4 joint joint. We never had a tool to do this, either inside or outside the home. As for the split, there was an instant sharp edge that almost cut through my finger. I hope this is just a sheet metal manufacturing error. Of course, we have a 30-day exchange/refund policy with Revain, so we're hoping O-Cedar can shed some light. The metal of the wiper rod could certainly be thicker.
