🚀 Star Trek NCC-1701 Celebrity Machines Metal Stamped License Plate Review

I was a bit surprised that the background color was gray instead of white like in the picture. It is as durable as any other license plate. NCC 1701 stamped on the metal. My Trekkie was very excited about this and wonders if his first car could be a spaceship. I will order more if needed.

I love the classic Star Trek! Everything else is just Star Trek imitations. I want the background color to be white, not grey. I thought the background was white and the gray color was just in the picture. I was wrong. This is what the plate looks like in the photo. It's still a great oven. For classic tracks like me this is definitely recommended!

I am very happy with this purchase. The raised "NCC 1701" looks good and the color follows its edges. The panel itself is lighter than government panels, but that shouldn't matter if it's installed with something behind it. I didn't think the paint would withstand the impact of pebbles on the front bumper, so I hung it in the garage. My biggest disappointment is that the gray background is a bit darker, which makes it look less authentic and doesn't contrast with the letters.

Everyone at work envied me my car. I'm in law enforcement and we all drive our cars into parking spots. The Enterprise license plate always makes my car stand out from the crowd! While my private car might not have headlights or a siren, this license plate lets me proudly fly my geek flag and legally exceed a warp factor of 9. all at the same time! It is really well made and looks subtle and classy. I can say this holds up well to repeated car washes and regular salting over the winter months…

Looks better than this night picture. I left the shrink wrap on the panel which makes it look terrible around the bottom edges. This is NOT a deterioration of the plate and is not visible except in flash photos. Once the plastic shrink wrap starts to deteriorate I will remove it. When I moved to Kentucky, I discovered that the state didn't require a front license plate like California did, so I went in search of a nice Klingon license plate. None of them were AT ALL good, so I decided to catch…
