Great product no problems

Since I bought them I have found that they have broken more times than my telescope. If you're looking to get into astronomy or are just tired of lugging around your big bully telescope for short stargazing sessions, this is worth a visit. With the binoculars you can see the moons of Jupiter, the ring of Saturn, the Orion Nebula, the Andromeda galaxy and many other objects.

Pros
  • good stuff
Cons
  • Some bugs

The pair originally ordered were collimated incorrectly. Celestron replaced them free of charge and checked the collimation (shipping included). The exchange lasts 5 weeks. Requires strong elbow brace to stabilize when hand held as they have high magnification. The mounting adapter works well with a tripod or dovetail adapters. Chromatic aberration is noticeable when viewed in high contrast daylight.

Pros
  • Amazing
Cons
  • Very Expensive

Good value for money, best in photography category

All my life I've dreamed of having giant binoculars. But they were so expensive. They are affordable. The quality is good, there are small defects. The eyecups come off too easily. Although it could be replaced with better ones. At the very edge of the field of view there is a slight discolouration/distortion, but this is negligible. You can see it a little in my photo. Overall this is a really good pair of binoculars. As I look through them, I am always amazed at what I see. My photo is not as

The best ratio of price and quality. Except

These are beasts! Get ready for the workout routine because your forearms need to be like Popeye! Get a sturdy tripod because these binoculars are a python! I told my friend that they are like a "mini Hubble" and it's real. If you want to see clear images and can't use a space telescope, then these giant glasses are for you! They are clear and bright and the moon shines like a rising star on a mission from Mars! You better get serious about stargazing because you can see Orion as if he were…

Celestron 20x80 SkyMaster Pro

Simply wonderful binoculars. . The right eyepiece stays where you focus/adjust it (in other words, it and the main focus knob are difficult to turn/adjust and stay the way they should). .At 20x power + 5 lbs. Use a tripod for the best enjoyment. . I love these binoculars so much I have just ordered a second pair of Celestron 20x80 SkyMaster Pro binoculars, an Orion Tritech II moving head field tripod, a Messier Observer Planisphere and a star guide. for my two grandchildren as the first…

Pros
  • Finally bought
Cons
  • Working speed

Low quality, I will not buy this anymore.

those. the picture doubles because of the cheap design, the binocular tubes must be strictly parallel, and they shift imperceptibly by fractions of a millimeter in the region of the exit holes, and this leads to . unpleasant to look at, and nullifies all the advantages. I already took similar binoculars only with a zoom of 15-45 by 70mm, also garbage, now I took binoculars fixed 20x80 and also popados

Pros
  • sufficient picture quality, not heavy,
Cons
  • a serious drawback (as with many similar ones - 25x125-80 or 20x100-70) is the deviation of the optical axes relative to each other,

I like everything, the price and quality are acceptable.

I bought it to a greater extent for observing the stars. The aperture ratio was very pleasing. But somewhat annoying is the aberration in the form of thin green and red edging that slightly appears even not far from the center . Enlightenment is green. I took it through the "Internet" in the region of 5t. R. I would have expected a little better from a celestron. I'm giving it a 4 with a small minus.

Pros
  • Good luminosity. Possibility of mounting on a tripod.
Cons
  • The rubber bands on the eyepieces are somewhat inconvenient (interfering), but pressing on them with the palm of your hand, they immediately retract onto the eyepiece itself. Aberration is slightly noticeable (this is the biggest drawback).

The binoculars are definitely good. In this price category, he has no worthy competitors. It is best suited for observing deep-sky objects, however, due to the mass of 2.1kg (2.6kg for the old model), constant shaking quickly starts to piss you off without a tripod. Ground objects located at a large (> 100m) distance are much more convenient to view from the hands. Peeping through the windows also delivers, although for this it is advisable to take something lighter and with a lower…

Pros
  • (+) high luminosity, high contrast, comfortable to watch even in the dark; (+) relatively wide field of view 3.7Β°/AFOV 74Β° (in the new model 71018) for a binocular with such a high magnification; (+) large eye relief allows even those who wear glasses to feel comfortable; (+) the ability to mount on a tripod; (+) low price - when buying on these your internets, the subject will cost about 5500 (with delivery to 2022); (+) stunning appearance! light it on the street - a crowd of onlookers around is guaranteed.
Cons
  • (-) large mass, handheld observation for a long time is tiring, although for this type of 'giant' binoculars, the SkyMaster 20x80 is relatively "light"; (-) there is a slight backlash of the focuser and minor assembly negligence (what did you want for $170?); (-) there are disordered specimens that require adjustment (calibration); (-) in most instances there are cheap prisms with a "square" exit pupil (this does not cause real inconvenience if you are not a rabid astronomer fan); (-) do not hold well and caps from eyepieces and lenses constantly fall off.

Medium quality, especially for that kind of money.

Binoculars were given to me. I've only been using it for a week. Immediately after the start of use, an unpleasant moment was noticed: the right diopter-adjusting eyepiece was knocked down. Those. I have normal vision in both eyes, but the right eyepiece at the zero position shows a very blurry picture. I had to completely turn the eyepiece counterclockwise until it stops. And only in this position did both eyepieces show sharply. Second, the rubber lens caps don't fit snugly and fall out all…

Pros
  • Large aperture, tripod mount.
Cons
  • Image sharpness deteriorates sharply towards the edge of the picture.
