First arrived broken

The first one I received was broken - the lid was broken into several pieces and removed from the bottom. The second received quickly, it's whole. I liked the color (more white) of the first one more than the second (more grey) but other than that I like it. It's durable and attractive and gets the job done.

Use for homemade toothpaste powder

I was looking for a sturdy twist top container to store my homemade toothpaste powder. It's perfect. It's big enough to hold lots of food on one side and toothpicks on the other. Beautiful gray black and white marble. The description and measurements in the Dimensions section were correct.

High Quality Light Marble

Very happy with my purchase. This is a good quality salt shaker. I wanted one with two large compartments and it fit the bill. It is built from natural stone so there is no guarantee of an exact color but based on other reviews I knew it would most likely be a lighter marble colour. The one I received was a light grey/white marble. Heavy piece, good size and the top works great. That's exactly what I wanted.

The color on the website is completely different from the actual product.

I received a product of excellent quality. The problem is that the product I received was white. The image that appears on the website is slate grey, which is exactly the color I was hoping for. I would suggest updating the picture so the buyer can see the actual color. I have attached the picture from the website as well as the actual picture of the item I received for comparison. Really nice item just not the color I expected.

strong and comfortable size but different color and smell

ADVANTAGES: 1. The salt shaker is strong, two well-sized compartments. 2. The lock also works great. 3. Outer finish is nice and smooth. CONS: When I opened the box (inside) there was a smell of old oils. Just washing with soapy water didn't help. I had to soak it in soapy water overnight, then scrub with a stiff brush and lots of soap in hot water and let dry. The smell subsided significantly, I poured salt and closed it. When I opened it the next morning the smell, although faint, was still…
