suction power is good. The leak was found right where the hose goes into the handle. On the 2nd day of use and on the 3rd day of use, the hose was pulled directly out of the handle (where the leak had previously been determined). Came back looking for another company/brand. Waste of time/money if you leave it.

I bought mine in near mint condition and saved about $16. The hose was wrapped in plastic and in perfect condition. The shipping box was nondescript, which suited me just fine. The hose is really good and the 50ft length is great, it reaches my driveway for vacuuming cars. Definitely good value for money!

Just received this hose. I was thrilled to get a 50 foot so I could use it to reach everything in the basement. It DOESN'T WORK with my Nutone central vacuum because the metal strip doesn't make contact with the buttons in the socket :(. I'm disappointed but I'll wait before sending it back. I want to see if I can use it as an extension to the power hose I have

UPDATE: I emailed the company and they were quick to replace the plug part for free. I am very impressed with the customer service. I was able to attach the new part and so far so good. I hope this one lasts longer than the first. After 2 years the plug broke and the whole thing became unusable. It's impossible to fix. What a waste of money. Ok while it lasted but for the $70 I paid for it I expected it to last MUCH longer than just 2 years. Very upset.

This product replaced my 20 year old original hose which had too many broken parts. The new hose fits perfectly! After two uses the hose came off the handle and after reading other comments I emailed the company to ask if there was a fix for this or if I needed to return it. They literally emailed me right away to let me know that the hose is reverse threaded so I had to twist it the opposite way to reattach the hose. Went like clockwork!

When it arrived the packing list said it was a gray tube (which is what I ordered) but when I opened the box it was orange. Same hose, just a different color. That suited me, but I found the price of an orange to be cheaper. It was so easy to fix with Revain. They refunded me the difference without question. I even offered to send photos as evidence. Hose as advertised. It works with my central vacuum from 1967. Two small drawbacks: 1. The hose is not very heavy. If you step on it, it will be crushed. It returns to its original position quite well, but my other vacuum hose won't break if I accidentally step on it. And believe me, sooner or later you will step on it.2.
