Efficient Cleaning with Vacuflo Turbocat 🧹 Central Vacuum Air Turbine Brush in Gray Review

This turned out to be the perfect replacement for my 8 year old Vacuflow Turbocat head which eventually stopped working. My only disappointment was that in my attempts to purchase US/USA made products, I didn't realize that "Origin: USA" in the description only refers to where it's shipped from and not where it's manufactured. Oh ok I tried but I'm still very happy with my purchase and the shipping was fast.

This vacuum cleaner is only good for those trying to remove (short) cat or dog hair from carpets. Won't get much more. It is constantly clogged, we have to disassemble and fix it every time we use it. We don't have pets but we have children. It doesn't clean hardwood or tile, and I eventually ditched it and reverted to a basic brush head. I have a daughter with long hair and this vacuum stops working IMMEDIATELY once her hair is wrapped around the whisk.

I got this Turbocat to replace the one I bought 10 years ago. My previous one worked great until the elbow you stick your metal rod in started cracking about 2 years ago. I solved this problem with some zip ties, they were great at holding the ever widening cracks together. Once I went to vacuum and when I pulled the stick from the vertical position, the whole elbow just broke off. We have been using the Turbocat central vacuum nozzle in our Vacuflo whole house system for over 25 years and in that time it has stood the test of time and is still in use in our partially completed basement.
