Arrived broken. It looked good but wouldn't turn on. I think you get what you pay for. My other heater is more expensive, but it is reliable and has worked for several years.

Wow, just got it in the mail 30 minutes ago and NOT WORKING! How does a company willingly sell a non-working product? I can't believe I wasted my money and time. A piece of junk! The fan is blowing, but as soon as I switch it to heating mode, it shuts off completely!

This heater has a nice compact design. I've had it for less than a month and use it under my desk 3-4 days a week. The safety feature will get stuck in the off position if you tap it lightly. The heater decided today that it would either radiate super hot heat or not heat at all. I didn't expect this heater to be the best of the best but I was hoping it would last more than 3 weeks.

I love it! I moved to a new apartment and it was very cold the first week and I decided I needed a heater. I bought this because of the price as I wasn't quite sure how Revain would deliver my building, I didn't want to spend too much money. To my surprise, it worked amazingly well. I turned it on when I got home from work and in less than an hour I had a toasted room. There is a button on the bottom that needs to be pressed to keep the heater on. So if it falls, it will turn off automatically.
