Our office tends to dull blades quickly, so we wanted to try ceramic blades. A set of three is perfect for a variety of cooking options while still allowing multiple chefs to work in the kitchen. The price was way better than most pottery we've come across and the blades arrived quickly and as advertised. In general, excellent impressions of the seller and the product itself.

Very good knives. I have to be careful not to downplay the fact that since I'm not metal or ferrous, they can cut me. They are sharp but not as sharp as my Heinckle chef's knife. Heickel can be shaped into a razor. Instructions for ceramic knives indicate that they should be sharpened by a professional. That won't happen, I've got better things to do than hunt down a cutler. In any case, ceramic works very well. , you just have to figure out how to sharpen them if necessary :)

These knives are insanely sharp. I've been cooking with it for about 6 months and so far there's no sign of tarnishing or chipping (just make sure not to leave it in the sink to avoid being thrown overhead and hand wash). My mom and a friend both cut their fingers with it, obviously doing what they normally do with other knives. So be very careful! I enjoy slicing and slicing fruit and herbs because these knives get the job done very quickly. Looks great and looks very well made. A great choice
