Easy to use. for kitchen and dining room

The product itself is good and easy to use. The only downside I noticed is that the basic recipe calls for a cooking temperature of 400 degrees Fahrenheit and a time of one hour. The chicken I cooked came out a little raw. For a medium sized roast chicken, I suggest lowering the temperature to 375 F and using a cook time of 90 minutes so the inside is just as done as the outside. Otherwise the product is worth its price and does what it is supposed to do.

I have cooked Peking Chicken and Duck with the CeramiCooker to rave reviews from guests and family. I have also used it to cook duck. Excellent product: easy to use and clean, and the bird will not stick to it. The fat drains into the bowl below. Add a small amount of water to the pan before cooking, avoid splashing. How to Roast Chicken

I don't usually cook roast chicken for dinner because it always tastes weird or just plain disappointing. Not with that anymore. Doesn't matter! Just spritz on cooking spray and place your washed and seasoned bird on top. Place in a saucepan with a little water on the bottom and bake at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes.
