Great program to complete for drug testing

The best thing about this program is that it provides me with all of my required forms for drug testing and other things I need to do if I'm ever hired again. Another great thing is how easy you can edit or delete an entry from your account. It's not really anything bad but when we first started using this product our account didn't save any changes after being deleted. We have used this system since its inception in 2010 and are very pleased! c5 has made tracking so much easier because…

Intuitive customer service: cFive Catalyst

I like that this system was intuitive to navigate at first glance. It's easy for me as my job is primarily administrative work so it gives me time back in order to get out of the office more often. There are some things that need fixing but overall I think its pretty good. This software allows my team member's productivity to be increased by allowing them to spend less time doing administrative tasks and more time getting their hands dirty with our clients. Great tool used by many organizations today

I liked that it was easy to use because of its simple user interface; however nothing really stood out as something not so good about this software specifically but overall anything is great with any program! Having an option for multiple users within one system would be helpful in allowing all team members access without having them open up separate programs or spreadsheets etc., which could potentially slow things down due just from time alone when opening another window/program while working

  • Very reliable, quick response times by customer service representative's who get back promptly if there are issues.
  • Easy way around navigating through various screens / reports
  • Software works well even though some may say outdated looking compared other more modern options available today such Microsoft Excel
