A good device with one drawback.

The device is well made and generates steam quite quickly. However, one downside is that you have to provide an external source of distilled water in a separate container. It would be much better if a water tank was built in.

New battery needs to be installed

Pairing failed when new battery was installed. Only remove four screws on the handle. The light will be bright red. Hold the pen with two fingers. Turn on the power and the beast is powered on. I just don't know if the temperature can be adjusted. It took some time to get it working.

Poor on first unboxing

I bought (2) of these for steam sanitizing. Just unpacked, followed the instructions. Nothing. I took out the battery, found it was installed the wrong way round and was dead. Changed the battery and tried the block. No pressure, hot water but no pressure. The second device is unpacked and the battery is discharged in the battery holder. Swapped, hooked up, steam, no pressure, both units boxed and returned on credit.

Pleasant Surprise!: Steam Cleaner

I was unsure when ordering and wondered if it would do what the product video says since the product is from China. As it turned out, this was helpful. Unlike other steam cleaners sold in America, which range in price from $2 to $300, the machine usually comes with a standard length hose with a bulky canister and is awkward to move.
