So far so good. The assembly was very easy and uncomplicated. I assembled two stools with no help in less than 1 hour and I am a 63 year old female. I love the screwdriver handle.

Bought for lumbar support. The chair was well built but uncomfortable to sit on. I gifted it to one of the girls in our office and they thought it was great and comfortable.

If you order this chair with lumbar support, DO NOT! The mesh seat will kill your ass and lower back! I should have ordered one with a tight fit, not a mesh! If only I hadn't read and believed their ads!

The one I received is quite comfortable and well built. It looks like it will outlive any other chair I've ever had. My problem is that after about a month of use it started to creak a lot when rocking. Oh drove me crazy until I sprayed WD40 on the pivot points. That stopped the creaking for a while, but not permanently. The squeak comes back after about a month and a half and I have to oil it again.

After searching a few chairs at an office supply store for $99 to $379 and never sitting at a desk for more than an hour, I committed to following Mark. Levin's advice on radio transmission. Now I can comfortably focus on my work all day and no longer have numb legs or back pain. Expect this chair to last at least ten years, be cheaper than a cup of coffee, and be better for my productivity. I highly recommend this chair.

This chair would have received 5 stars if the seat was wide enough. I'm 6ft 2in, 260lbs and the seat isn't wide enough. The seat measurements include a hard plastic frame, so you really aren't getting the full use of the advertised width. My hip rests on a rigid plastic frame. on both sides and it's uncomfortable. The lumbar support is so weak that it is of no use. I am 5ft 8" tall and my back and lumbar are not high enough to be in the correct position for my back. There are many people above me and it doesn't work for me. Raise or lower the backrest or armrest, you take until you get it right. The problem is that when you reach the max height you have to go all the way back and start over and you don't know where you are, where the height is.
