Champion Proline 8700 24 24 Inch Extension Review

Through trial and error, I found that this extension far surpassed any others on the market in terms of durability. It's impressively strong, robust and able to withstand heavy usage. Although it's slightly expensive compared to others, the quality of the product and extended lifespan make it a worthwhile investment.

I used this to extend the reach of a 2 1/2" hole saw through a set of 2 x 4 bolts in the wall to move the sink drain line without to remove the drywall.

Well made and comes with two set screws to hold the drill in place. No hex wrench is supplied and requires either a 3mm or 7/64 hex wrench for the set screws. The downside to using it is the 7/8 inch diameter shank that it attaches to the auger. For through holes, a 1" or larger diameter drill bit must be used.
