Great charger!

I like the size of the charger. Most chargers are very heavy. Love the fact that it charges at different rates from 2 amps to 20 amps and you can choose between AGM, gel or standard batteries. My only gripe with this is that the digital display is hard to see in the sun. Not so hot what's up. This charger, if it lasts, is a really good buy. Will definitely buy again if I need additional chargers.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Not bad but...

Do not buy this charger

I bought one of these in 2015 because we had it at work and I thought it was great, light weight and versatile in terms of voltage and type. He charged the batteries. He died about 2 years later. Got another one in December 2018 and today I wanted to charge the battery and it doesn't do anything. The one year warranty if I use it for four or five years is useless. Won't buy again, they're cheap but unreliable.

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons

Best charger I've ever had

Over the last 50 years I've had a lot of different chargers - some good and some not so good. This is the most versatile and convenient charger I've ever had. It tells you exactly what the problem with the battery is, the condition of the battery when it has just been discharged, and the voltage and charge percentage when the battery is being charged. Working perfectly after a year of ownership. I won't buy anything else in the future.

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Somewhat easy to maintain

Great little charger

I brought this to keep in my toolbox at work because it seems like every time I need a battery charger someone else uses the one supplied at the store. Works great for powering the car with the key on while testing components to avoid draining the battery. The cables are long enough that I can plug them into the lift socket and lift the car without any extension cords. Charger for motorcycles and marine batteries.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • disappears

Pretty easy charger to use

Pretty easy charger to use. So far it has automatically detected the type of battery I am charging along with the voltage. There are also buttons for manually setting these options, as well as the loading speed, if you need to change the settings. The Switch lets you plug and set everything up before telling it to start charging. I like it a lot more than the old charger I've used for years that just adjusted the battery voltage and charging speed. The charger feels solid, the cables are long…

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • No power

It recharges and restores discharged 6V and 112V batteries.

Works great. I used it to charge a car battery that worked as a doorbell for months. It took several days to charge, but the counter never exceeded 75%. When I checked the battery with a voltmeter, it was 13.8 volts. B stopped charging because he didn't want the battery to explode. This dead battery is now working properly. Battery voltage should be checked with a voltmeter every few hours while charging. I charged 2 starter batteries in a few hours each. You are well loaded. Another would not…

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging
