Reliable replacement for OEM

Works exactly as expected and conforms to OEM design. Works great and I had to use it a lot as my laptop battery is pretty low from being constantly connected to the docking station at work.

Took less than 1 month with occasional use

Edit - The company sent out a new product and responded very quickly. I am very grateful to them for reaching out and trying to remedy this situation. We hope this charger will last longer! The product worked until it accidentally stopped working 1 day after the return window. Very annoyed.

This charger burned my laptop and cell phone.

This charger stopped charging my phone so I logged onto my laptop to fix my phone problem. The laptop was connected to this charger. The laptop also died while plugged in and now no device will charge from any other charger. Both batteries burned out.

Solid Backup Best notebook accessory

Great charger for backups or just permanent storage. For example, I have a charger next to my sofa. Since it's USB-C, it can also charge my phone, headphones, and anything with the same connector. The quality is good and very similar to the original. It even has a lightbulb on the plug. However, it's larger than the power adapter that came with my XPS-13, so I use it for travel.

Great charging but the indicator light shines in your face like a flashlight

So the charging on this thing is amazing and I definitely like it. I'm using it for my phone right now and the little lights tell you that the phone is actually charging and that the charger is connected. Well, these things are really, really bright, and it's like having a flashlight on. right in front of my face, now I'm going to get some tape to cover it up. Just pay attention to this odd detail.

Roasted my Chromebook and phone

This was working great until it stopped. After using this charger for 6 months I charged my phone on July 22nd and noticed it wouldn't charge, tried other adapters and it wouldn't charge. The phone was dead. I didn't realize the charger was the problem until I plugged in my Chromebook and wouldn't charge it. Tried other adapters, died. Mainboard burned out. I lost over $1000 on a replacement due to this $20 charger and can't find how to contact the seller.

Perfect for Dell Latitude

We recently received new Dell Latitude laptops for work but they use barrel chargers and it was inconvenient to completely unplug everything at the end of the day. I ended up taking this charger home and using this USB-C laptop charger at work where I can connect a USB-C dock. It makes it very easy to pack up at the end of the day and works great. It was also very cheap compared to other brands I looked at. I have no problem using a dock that does PD pass-through delivery with this charger.
