I received my pocket watch today and I love it. It comes in a different packaging than shown in the photo. It comes in several tiers of very smart packaging which would make it perfect for a gift. The watch looks just like the picture and runs great. I have found the watch to be silent unless I am within 12 inches of the watch itself. It takes 30-40 half turns to fully wind the watch and this should be done daily. The watch's finish is clear chrome which means it will show oil and fingerprints,

After a month of daily use: It loses about a minute every week (I wind it once in the morning and once at night) Skeleton style is fun but makes it difficult to tell the time, except in good light; The arrows are dark and thin enough not to stand out against the background of gears behind them. The dial window is plastic (as stated in the description), but beyond that, solidity and even mastery can be felt in this watch. I would recommend it to anyone who is really interested in pocket watches…
